How durable are your blades?

Piranha Propellers’ composite molding facility utilizes a fiberglass/nylon composite, boasting a tensile strength that is 15% stronger than aluminum. Combining this composite with the aluminum core makes the center hubs virtually indestructible.

Thirty years of customer proven durability allows us to offer a factory-backed, lifetime center hub warranty. Therefore, in the unlikely event of hub damage, simply return the center hub to the Piranha factory for replacement.

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?

The heart of a Piranha Propeller is the aluminum cored center hub. The hub carries a lifetime guarantee. If you damage it for any reason, Piranha will replace it for you (shipping charges not included). 

Do you have a propeller exchange program?

There is only one way to know for certain if any given propeller is correct for your boat: Try it! 

We fully accept this and offer a Blade Exchange Program to ensure that you get the best prop for your application. This approach fits especially well with the Piranha Propeller system.

Try the blades that are most likely to work for you, and if they don’t, exchange them for a different set.

Exchanged blades must be in new condition and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Piranha Propellers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. 

This allows you the opportunity to experience what Piranha has to offer without the risk of getting stuck with a propeller that doesn’t perform correctly.

If you are not satisfied with your new Piranha Propeller, you may return it for a refund. Refunds do not include the original or return shipping costs. In addition, the prop must be in like-new re-sellable condition. 

How do I arrange a return?

Contact the factory at 800-235-7767 or sales@piranha.com so that we can generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you. 

Include your full name (as it appeared on the order), the order number, and the item(s) you want to return. 

You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package when you ship us your return.
